Contrary to my negative presuppositions regarding large jewelry stores, I now understand why Meierotto Jewelry has become one of the Midwest’s most popular destinations for exceptional jewelry coupled with superior customer service. Macy, in particular, was remarkable in her perceptive attention to our needs and was patiently helpful and informative over our two long visits to work through our options to facilitate our process to find just the right piece from an informed and confident position. We’re very pleased with our experience and now consider ourselves loyal customers.

My bf and I went to look for rings and I was certain I wouldn’t find something today but I did! Emily helped us and she knew what I’d like so quickly! I LOVE that they are family run and so many in the family we’re working. We gave her our budget and she found the most beautiful ring under budget and I’m so excited for it to be ready so I can start wearing it! It was a great experience from the moment we walked in. I love this store, and I really think it’s an incredible place to go for an engagement ring. I first came with my sister and worked with a lovely saleswoman, Megan. Megan kept detailed notes of things I liked, and even asked me questions I never considered before in a ring. She then had detailed notes of all of those things when my boyfriend came back weeks later with my sister! Then, Megan reached out months later when my engagement ring brand was doing a trunk show, and got us in for an appointment during that time for me to get my matching wedding band. Overall, Megan is an incredible saleswoman - I LOVED her relaxed approach, and she knew exactly what I was looking for that it was always so easy shopping here. Customer service here is 100/10. I’ve came back throughout the year to get my rings soldered together, fix a missing diamond on the side, and to have my rings resized when it felt tighter after the soldering. I never waited long, and only ever paid a small fee for soldering! Thank you all!

Had a wonderful experience with Tyler purchasing a Rolex for my birthday. A fun store with a lot of really pretty pieces to look at it from all categories. Really appreciate all Tyler did for us to make my day special and can’t wait to come back for my next one!

I can't give enough praise. I bought a watch here with the assistance of David whom was amazing. People knew my name and knew it was my birthday even though I didn't tell all of them. David was patient , accommodating, and knowledgeable throughout my search which resulted in the watch that I chose. Everyone was pleasant and kind the entire time. 5 stars isn't enough. To David and everyone else thank you for the experience. I will be back.

He was patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. David made me feel comfortable from day one, no pressure at all, just great conversation and honest guidance. Fantastic experience, as always! I had the opportunity to work with "Lance Holm" in the jewelry department, and he went over and above to ensure the satisfaction was the best it could be! We'll never use anybody else! He knew everything put before him, between jewelry, displays, and questions, he was incredible! "Eric Wimberley" in the coin department was top notch! He's no joke when it comes to coins and knowledge! Name the coin and he'll give you the run down, along with the market value! These guys are as impressive as it gets! The facility is incredible! Police officers in the front to greet you, and a sense of calm and orderly from there out! Take a number! The floors are clean, along with all the counter space! The exterior of the building is beautiful with plenty of parking! We believe they were fair and honest throughout our visit and we'll see them again soon! Enjoy looking for anything from watches, coins, bullion, pen sets and so on, that your heart desires!
